Each rarity level influences the number of skills, gem slots, and stats available on the gear.

Armor: Helmets (Plate/Leather/Cloth), Chest Plates (Plate/Leather/Cloth), Cloaks
Accessories: Rings, Trinkets
Gems: Provide additional bonuses and effects when socketed into gear
Resources: Materials used for gear repair, gem crafting and skills re-roll

When you clear dungeons of higher levels of difficulty, you have a chance to obtain higher rarity items as drops, adding an element of excitement and reward for taking on tougher challenges.
Depending on the rarity of the gear, items can have varying numbers of skills, gem slots, and attributes. Higher rarity levels provide more opportunities for powerful customizations, allowing you to optimize your character for both PvE and PvP modes.

Maximum enhancement level is +10
All enhancement chances and additional info are available directly in the in-game Enhancement UI.

You can further customize your equipment using Gems, which provide bonus stats depending on the type of gem and the gear slot they’re inserted into.
Gem slots begin to appear on green (uncommon) tier gear and above.
There are different types of gems, each offering different stat bonuses.
At the same NPC, you can insert or extract gems from gear.
